Be sure not to limit your sources. Bring anything that you love, even if it doesn’t make sense. We’ll help.
Checklist
- Personal photos. We’d love to see photos from travel, sports, art, the family or even a beloved pet.
- Design Magazines. Start collecting images from different design genres and even retail catalogs.
- Fabric or color swatches. Of course we want to know your favorite color and textures

Explore The Possibilities
On arrival at The Studio, the very first thing we will do is get to know you. We want to hear your ideas and begin collaboration on creating your home. If you have previously been in for a preview, we will get started right away. If you haven’t had an opportunity to preview or tour the Studio, then we will start exploring possibilities with a Studio tour. See our checklist for all of the areas to explore.

Design Your Home
Modern-inspired interiors featuring the highest standards for durability, design and value are standard in each and every MILLENNIA residence. Homeowners can choose from a collection of 41 professionally coordinated interior design packages for kitchens and 29 for bathrooms. These packages include selections for flooring, cabinetry, backsplash, countertops and wall tiles with materials and finishes that feature both modern and traditional styles to ensure there is a package to suit each and every design aesthetic. Exterior selections and color schemes are also showcased in digital packages as well as sample boards in the Studio to ease the selection phase.
